You want to buy a house? Flip, maybe. Refi? Cash out. No problem. Be prepared

Have 2 years of Federal Taxes- all pages- 30 days of paystubs or a profit and loss statement signed by an accountant if self-employed. Two months of bank statements- all pages. No unusual deposits. That's what you need for applying for a loan today. Be prepared now. Don't be surprised later.

What lenders ask for is what they need. Exactly. You need to provide what the lender asks for or they will not fund your dream.
