Do you have a mortgage opened prior to May 2009? Apply for a Mortgage
It's simple really to apply for a mortgage. As long as you are prepared it is easy. Lenders require 2 years of income, like taxes and W2s if applicable, 30 days of paystubs and checking and savings statements. That's all there is to it. Years ago if you could fog a mirror you could get a mortgage; that has changed but it really is not difficult if you are prepared and willing to provide what is needed. Good Luck!
